| YULbier (209), Brno, Czech Republic | | May 21, 2012 Was not impress by their beers nor the service. Ambiance was nice as was the modern/industrial interior. Nice place to hang out but nothing exciting beer-wise. | | 1980olympics (17), , England | | May 20, 2012 Modern brewpub with plenty of exposed pipework and kettles. Good selection of their own beers with a fridge for take-aways both individuals and boxed fours of your choice. Visited twice, first time was excellent with a very knowledgeable your barman who enjoyed describing the range. The second time was as if I was invisible. The service was 10 the first time, 0 the second. Tables outside and never really got packed. Recommend as probably the best brewpub in the city. | | Scopey (150), Croydon, England | | May 19, 2012 Modern-style brewpub located in Nørrebro. The fairly sizeable brewery is located on the left hand side when you enter. Downstairs is the bar/cafe and upstairs they have the restaurant, as well as outside seating. They have 9 taps of their own beer on at any one time. You can sample 4 of these in 10cl sample-size flights. I found their standard beers to be so-so, but special brews such as Little Korkny were great on tap. They have some of their bottled beer in fridges to drink in or take away. There are also some guest bottles from breweries like De Cam and Nøgne Ø. Food was well presented and tasty. All-round - a pretty solid brewpub. | | GT2 (196), Washington DC | | May 16, 2012 Modern, trendy brewpub sort of out in the middle of nowhere that requires quite the hike. Decor is posh and minimalist, modern. Beers on tap were exclusively their own, which all had DMS problems from poor ventilation and a new organic malt supplier. Beers were only served in 25cL glasses at a minimum which is much too large for tasting purposes. One chick in the bar had 10cL glasses and I inquired about them and was brushed off. Didn’t have any food, but it looked a bit too expensive. No normal bar snacks which were badly needed given the overly astringent and DMS laden beers. Staff was generally disinterested in serving us. Required me to loiter at the bar more than once even though the place was empty. | | JBud (10), , England | | May 15, 2012 Must admit by the time I got to this place it had been a long day drinking...but nonetheless a nice place to go to sample the beers Nørrebro have to offer. Modern design inside and pretty cool surroundings in that you can see the brewing equipment right next to where you’re sitting down with your drink. Limited selection when compared to some of the Copenhagen bars you have on offer. Though worth going to if not just to sample the Nørrebro beers from the place of their conception. | | suprchunk (60), Heinsberg, Germany | | May 14, 2012 Nice upscale looking establishment with the brewery right in the heart of the building. Good food and a nice beer menu to accompany. Decent beers. Service was great. | | Travlr (637), Washington, Washington DC | | May 13, 2012 Sleek and modern cafe next to a traditional small brewery. Nice selection of tap and bottled bees, very helpful and frindly staff. Not hard to reach, and worth the trip. | | gEUS (17), Linden, Belgium | | May 13, 2012 Nice brewpub near the city center... almost all Norrebro beers are available (and some others). Food looked neatly presented (did not eat over there). Normal beers are so and so, special edition brews are quite yummy. | | lusikka (25), Tampere, Finland | | April 8, 2012 Really a nice brewpub, which is located a bit off from the city center. Cozy place, at least on afternoon, and the service is great. Nørrebro’s own brews are recommended and samplers are of course available. Some guest taps as well (Gudeløs at that time while I was there). Food, meaning smørrebrod of course, was excellent. Bottle selection wasn’t that good, but it’s great that you can buy Nørrebro’s brews straight from the fridge here. | McWorta (9), , Luxembourg does not count - explanation | | March 31, 2012 Nice brewpub. Most of the time all the beers available on tap which is great! They have special brews in the fridge which are always worth a go and interesting experiments on beer. Staff is friendly. Though as everything in Copenhagen prices are a bit steep, nonetheless worth a visit! |
