This now legendary bottle shop is in a semi-basement but it’s difficult to miss as it has the distinctive Olbutikken “skyline of bottles” logo on the window alongside an illuminated little yellow Oerbier man. There doesn’t seem to be very much more stock than there was in the old place, which was smaller, but there’s still an eclectic choice of beers from around the world with Denmark, the USA and Belgium featuring heavily. Needless to say, there are lots of Evil Twin beers. There’s a long bench table where you can sit awhile and enjoy a bottle or two. (Last visited 7 May 2013).

Great little bottle shop just around the corner from the original Mikkeller bar. Not the most expansive selection, but the bottles they do have are of the highest calibre. Typical pricing for Denmark, maybe even a bit higher. The experience didn’t blow me away as a world class beer store, but it’s certainly worth checking out for any beer lover in Copenhagen.

Slightly scruffy shop with several fridges and a couple of long tables - you can drink your purchases there for an extra cost. Range is not huge - and some fridges were only 2/3rds full - but it features some very interesting Danish, US and Belgian beers including some rarities. Prices seemed a tad high, even for Copenhagen.

Pretty small shop located close to Mikkeller’s Viktoriagade. Probably less than 150 bottles available on my visit. Good quality stuff, but priced a bit higher than the underrated Kihosk. Service was reasonably cheery. The selection had the ususal mix of Danish, American, and Belgian goodies. Overall, nice, but not the mind blowing experience that I had been led to believe it was.

A small shop with many American imports! Here you will find the best (local and foreign) craft beer Denmark has to offer. Sometimes very pricey; but hey, we are at Denmark! Very helpful staff and possibility to drink on the premise. Sadly this shop isn’t more close to my home...

Small shop near the central station. Great ,but not big, selection of quality beers. Good, friendly and knowable service. Possible to drink the beers on site for a little fee. Expensive, but still absolutely worth a visit.
