Great spot, A bit expensive overall, but awesome selection. Found some stuff here that I haven’t seen in a while (or ever for some!)

We finally made the trip across the lake to check out the legendary beer selection at Acquistapace’s Supermarket. The liquor room is the size of an average convenience store! The beer coolers are loaded with a wide selection of brews of every type and seemingly from every country, all available singly. It’s a bit of a haul for me but I can see popping in there from time to time. If I lived nearby, I’d be in trouble!

easily one of the best places in the greater new orleans area. they stock a very nice collection of micros including mikkeller, north coast, bear republic, flying dog, tons of belgians and german beers. highly recommended

UPDATE, REWRITE. The new Wine, Liquor, Beer department is now open! It has almost as much square footage as the entire supermarket used to have. Hundreds and hundreds of different beers. If you are into wine, thousands of different wines. They are now officially advertising, Best selection of beer, wine and liquor in Louisiana. All the beer, really, all of it, is sold cold.
