Great selection... especially on tap. Their bottle selection favors internationals white the taps show of the US very well. I wish they would put the prices of the beers on the menu and group them by style, not location of the brewery. Some of their beer prices are way high.... like $9 for a snifter of Ten Fidy.... and they don’t indicate it anywhere on the menu... The food was really good... would definitely go back again.

This is just simply the most amazing beer bar I have ever visited. You walk in, and see behind the bar a double row of taps as long as a city bus - to say nothing of two large refrigerators stocked with bottles from all over the world. The waitstaff are friendly and helpful, and the food is superior to most bar chow. Summits Wayside in Cumming is about as close to beer lover’s heaven as you can get in the Southeast, if not the country. If you come her often, do sign up for the Passport Club and see how many different beers you can put away to earn different drinking vessels - and bragging rights.

Andy finally got it going with this place. Too bad its sooo far from the city. Easy to get to from GA400. A reallly ’cheap’ motel right in back of the place. Huge amount of taps. Probably the most in Ga. Much Much more cleaner than Sandy springs dump!

The selection here was amazing! The wall of taps is not like anything else Ive ever seen. 200 taps and a good bottle selection. The food is bar variety stuff and a rather loud bar type atmosphere. . Last time I went it was 6% and under only but I managed to score some Rogue Old Crusty and an 02 Anchor OSA. Just like Sandy Springs the staffs knowledge of beer is average to below average. I prefer this one to the Sandy Springs location but I do like both

slightly better than the sandy springs location. they have more countries represented and they have more of a range, less crap on tap, but still lots in bottles. food was so-so, same as sandy springs. the waiter here was much more helpful and knowledgable than the SS location.

Strange selection. They have everything from various malt liquors to relatively rare African and South American beers. The tap selection is solid with lots of east coast and southern selections. Various bottled beers from around the country. I had a delcious grouper meal. All these wondeful beers and they serve them all in shakers? Also, if you order a bottle, they do not bring a glass. Went agian in 2006, still using shaker glasses, but a great selection. The food leaves something to be desired.

The beer selection here is a little better overall than the Sandy Springs location. The service I’ve had, well, it’s hard to judge. The waitress mistook Weihenstephaner Weiss for Warsteiner Pilsener, which I guess is an honest mistake, but as far as my taste buds go, she f*cked up. Food is pretty much the same and they’ve had a few rare treats on tap here before. I think this is the best Summits to go to for hard to find beers on tap.

Summit’s has many special events which are all excellent. They have monthly beer tastings, pint nights, Oktoberfest menu, Rogue special kegs, and the owner is extremely knowledgable and is involved in the community. A great local pub. I am a regular.

Nice selection of drafts (200) and several bottles (maybe 300+). Knowledgeable staff and descent food. One of my favorite stops in the Atlanta area.
