Food was phenomenal. Far better than bar food almost anywhere. The crowd is very cool - more of an Austin crowd than a Dallas crowd. Tony a great bartender and host. Beers including stuff from Franconia, Harpoon, and a whole lot of foreign beers. Great neighborhoods need great bars - and this is yet another excellent match.

Cool trendy little place...fairly good beer selection, but they were out of almost everything I ordered...$2.50 mojitos that were pretty tasty, even with well rum. What a labor intense drink for $2.50! Definitely worth a stop if you are in neighborhood (which is rather ghetto), but don’t go out of your way.

Went last night with some friends and was quite impressed. Not crowded at all, not loud, nice selection.

I always forget about this place. Probably b/c it’s a pain in the ass to get to. Anyway, good selection. Excellent burgers and wide ranging mix of folks.

A nice cocktail bar in a funky neighbourhood that happens to have a real decent beer selection. Located across the street from Fair Park, where the State Fair of Texas is held. Though the focus is on food and classic cocktails, the owners are really true beer geeks at hard, so alongside the single malts and fancy vodkas and gins, they have a very well thought out selection.
