A nice brick building just off the highway. The interior is mostly wine and liquor, with a long line of beer refrigerators in the back. The service was very friendly and helpful. The selection, while not the best, was wide. They had a good selection of local beers. If you are in the area, this is a good store. | michael420 (1), Georgia

Visited on a recent trip to Dahlonega, and was really happy that we stopped at this place as I wasnt sure we would find good beer in this area. Really nice selection of Founders, New Belgium, Duck Rabbit, Terrapin, Oscar Blues, Atlanta craft beers, and even a few JW Lees Harvest ales--all at really reasonable prices. I am from Florida, but this seems like a pretty great package store for rural Georgia. They had Backwoods Bastard, Breakfast Stout, a pretty complete New Belgium lineup, solid Terrapin beers, Atlanta beers, Osker Blues, 4 coolers of macros, but they had a few meads, and some JW Lees. I could spend a lot of money here. |
