January 14, 2009 [ Updated April 13, 2009 ] Nice looking waitresses. In fact, one was featured in a Creative Loafing issue as being hot. She is a hot one I must say. There is another waiteress who is there, I believe she is new, but she is hot as well. To me, a single man, that is a plus. Their selection is decent, nothing like Brick Store Pub, but the prices compared to Brick Store are night and day. They actually do not markup their beers by 200%. They also have some nice Belgians, which the bartender (NOT HUNTER) seems to always think the ABV is higher than it actually is. Plus, I get a lecture every time I order about what the beer is and how it tastes (this again is from the bartender not the waitresses, and not Hunter). I home brew, and have nearly 400 beers under my belt, I don’t need a damn informative speech when I order a beer. That is my only complaint that one bartender who thinks he is a friggin beer prophet. As said earlier, the prices are nice. They did raise the prices within the last year, but that is all of the Atlanta |
March 11, 2007 A delightful neighborhood tavern with funky decor that lets you know it is a laid-back place where you can be yourself. Perfect for informal gatherings of friends, Meetups, or just dropping in for a crater or two. Convenient to MARTA - about midway between two rail stations, and on a bus line. |
