Stopped by here on a Saturday afternoon. Fast, friendly service, great selection, great beers, good ambiance, and prices are very reasonable. How can you go wrong? One of the best, if not the best beer place I have been to in Iowa, and definitely worth a stop if anywhere close to Decorah. My rating may be a little higher than normal, but I really enjoyed my time at the place, and relative to other places in the area, it definitely stands out.

Love TG. I have visited three times now and spoken with reps at beer events as well. The people that work for this brewery are alway kind and friendly and willing to talk. The atmosphere inside the brewery is very laid back and you are likely to have a glass with a stranger and talk about beer. Flights are available and everything is reasonably priced. The beer is by far the best being brewed in the state of Iowa right now and their IPAs and stouts are fantastic. If you are anywhere near Decorah you have to stop by and visit this place. Quite a few different brews on tap and they always seem to be rotating something new in.

Enjoyed a nice visit to this place. They’ve got a nice atmosphere in the building. It’s all about the beer in here so don’t come looking for food. And while the folks are kid friendly there is nothing for them to do so be aware of that.
