Cool, wooden building with exposed beams. Brewery memorabilia around. Good service. Decent selection of 9 house brews and a few macros. Had only German-style food, including soft pretzels (just Super Pretzels) with a nice mustard, local sausages and wursts. Spatzel was awful. Fries were bad too. Pretty darn cheap. I would go back.

Typical wood dominated brewpub with a lodge like feel. Big horseshoe bar with a huge glass window above that lets some natural light in which is nice. Friendly service but beer was just okay. Food was decent pub grub. Right off the expressway so worth a stop. Service was friendly and attentive.

I’ve been here several times, mostly for convenience.. as I don’t live far from there. Like downtown, I enjoyed the breweriana decor, and the wooden beams gave a cool feel to the place. The food is quite good, and service is usually attentive and knowledgable. The beers are below-average brewpub fare, but there should be something to quench your thirst. Prices are reasonable.

Have been here a few times with good results each time. The ambiance is pretty normal brewpub stuff, but the massive beer can collection was very impressive. Service has always been pleasant with a decent selection of most major styles. The food has always been very good, and reasonably priced. An overall good place to have a slightly above average beer.

This is a semi-regular lunch and evening get-together for light-weight corporate lunches dinners. The sampling for this past visit was the 11.5% Imperial Stout, a well done and worthy brew and a nicely hopped Pale Ale. Attitudes and service are always acceptable to good. I haven’t been in the area all that long, but I’d have to say I’ve enjoyed the beers here as much or more than those of the Brewhaus across the highway.

This place would most likley be the stlye of place you would find in Northern Wi. Wooden decor all around the place. A giant log cabin. We were just there for the beer sampler. Place wasn’t that busy and bartender was helpful if you had questions. Had 9 beers on tap and I only rated 3 of them under a three rating. Had stopped in this place in 2003 and had a decent burger after the flight from Az to Wi with my brother. Overall not a bad place if you want a good beer and need something to eat.

Nice location, good to stop at if you haven’t been here before and you want to hit Delafield Brewhaus (both not too far off I-94). Got some comments from a patron regarding taking notes, but I’m good at ignoring people.

I, too, think that the downtown location on Water is a little better, but I like the ambiance in Delafield. The food is okay (the scotch egg is addicting), but the beer is not up to the standards of its rival establishment, the Brewhaus.

Sampler consisted of everthing on tap (9 beers!). Nothing too special. I didn’t eat anything there tonight. Very close to the Delafield Brewhaus (went there first and headed over here for a night cap).

While I prefer the downtown location, this one is still decent. Atmosphere is a little more "country" with wood encompassing the architecture. Their food here also seemed to be less greasy than the downtown’s location. Bar is a big horseshoe in the center of the brew pub, and it was hard to angle away from the sun while drinking. They had 8 beers tapped when I was there last time, and I think I got the sampler for $6, so that’s a pretty safe call. Hit it if you’ve got time, but if you’re being strategic, hit the Delafield Brewhaus in that area, and then go to downtown Milwakee to hit Water Street and the other good beer destinations.
