Changed a bit (service wise) since I have been there last. Might have been an off day. Usually a place I go to when I go to Denver and still will be in the future. Beer this time was OK.

My first brewpub ever, I met the Governor here = well he owns the place! I always enjoyed myself here, but after finding other brew pubs I have to honestly say the beer is OK! Not great but good. Food is good but the atmosphere is great, love the old building and the historic lodo area, one of my favorite places to be. upstairs you can play games and shoot pool, a Denver landmark no doubt!

Pretty solid brewpub. Food is good. I love the atmosphere. This is always the first place I visit when doing a night in LoDo. Get the Wixa Weiss if it is on tap! The Pints for Prostate Denver Rare Beer Tasting here is a good time.

brewpub with decent beer and decent food. worth a stop in DEN but there are much better options.

Solid, yet i can’t get myself to travel great lengths to enjoy this establishment. They are getting pretty predictable with their beer selections and when they do venture out into the new and different, they fall on their faces, hard (undrinkable jalapeno beer).

Great food after a long day of drinking. Multiple stories, pool tables, a good selection of beer, some of which are brewed there. Heard about it at Philmont from Greg Gamewell. First went there on my brewery tour of the Front Range in 2010. Fell asleep in the parking lot afterwards. Later went back with Jay’s bachelor party weekend after the Denver brewfest in 2011.

An interesting building. I like when breweries have guest taps in addition to their own. They sat our large party in a timely manner and we had good service.

Stopped by after an event at Falling Rock (pretty late at night). Sampled a few beers. Nice interior atmosphere with sort of an old west theme/vibe. Beers were okay, but I didn’t see anything to interesting on tap (although I have heard that they do make some good and creative brews). Pricing was okay, did not try the food.

Went on Saturday during the GABF, so the place was pretty busy, which I sure is to be expected. Once again, though we were seated as soon as we walked in. Yea, Us!. Had the sampler (11 5oz beers), plus a few pints before dinner. The service was a little bit...harried? I sure the they’ve been worked to death during the GABF, so that’s understandable. Good food, good beer, and a fitting end to our Denver trip.

Stopped in here after GABF and was kind of underwhelmed. Huge bar in the front of the shop with a good selection of their beers, but I was a bit surprised by the food menu. Just seemed kind of lacking and the crowd that was there was not really what I like to be around. Seemed kind of touristy, but that could have been due to the timing. Eh.
