Have been here the first (and probably last) time today since the owner appearantly has got a problem with women choosing their beer without wanting to have any assistance. Questions like "do you know anything about ales" are just ridiculous and disrespectful. Beer selection is parted in four groups: German, Belgian/Dutch, British and rest of the world. I was hoping to get some African beers that got mentioned on the homepage but none was available. There are very less different breweries available, more like 10 beers of one brewery you’ve already found somewhere else. I was hoping to find more of the small breweries and not the big ones you find in every Tesco (just talking about the British beers). So selection is rather poor, I get more special beers at my favourite bottle shop. Prices are far away from being reasonable. Altogether I would say that you can stop for a short visit and maybe buy some special beers, but it is nothing I would go back to.

I have been frequenting this store on occasion to pick up some foreign beers when the mood strikes me. A very nice owner always willing to help out. Pretty nice select for a small store. Very neat and well displayed beer. The prices are a bit high but that is to be expected for a small specialty store. They usually have a few American beers, plenty of British beers, Belgian beers and then other beers from around the world and even a few German brews.
The owner is always trying to get new beers into the store. He recently even had some FritzAle in stock.
Certainly worth a stop if you are in Düsseldorf.

Owner is extremely nice and helpful in choosing something new to try. It is the best selection that I have found in Germany for foreign beers. There are many beers from Begium, England, and the USA. Plus there is a good variety from many other countries as well (France, Spain, China, Russia, Mexico, Ireland to name a few). Great place to stop if you need an IPA, which is hard to find in Germany.
