A nice traditional ale house with a nice sociable ambience. They are currently big on Fyne Ales beers which is no bad thing. During a pub crawl in Edinburgh Craig introduced me to yet another great real ale pub. This one is located in the western part of town towards the Haymarket area. Busy, inviting and friendly pub that had a selection of at least six hand pumps displaying ales from North English and Scottish microbreweries. One of the few pubs in Scotland serving BrewDogs Proto-Punk IPA (visited, 29.11.2010). |
