Visited this pub on the Great Graig Pubcrawl Tour 23/4-2012. One of the newer city pubs in Edinburgh, and owned by the same people as 2 other pubs. A part of this pub seems more as a cafe than a pub. It´s possible to have 1/3 pints here. They have a traditionel pub menu, but didn´t eat here. Friendly staff, but a bit anonymous this pub.

The beer selection won’t satisfy the hardcore rater but it includes a few good beers that are well looked after. The burgers are really good. Service was excellent - table service all night.

It’s not traditional, but by making the place more appealing to office workers and the fairer sex, they may succeed in getting more people to drink good beer. It’s a bit odd having the taps at the back of the bar and all looking the same - I like the ornate taps in traditional bars. There’s definitely room for a bar like this in most cities.

Interesting modern beer bar with a large number of taps. A bit like Euston Tap but more spacious. Emphasis on Scottish keg beer. CAMRA won’t like it but I do. Beer well cared for but it is expensive. A modern yuppie place.

Really good food in here, with a pretty boring selection of Keg beers, and only 2 casks, but condition is good and not a bad place to stop in
