Supprised by the wide range of special beers in this shop. Also the webshop is up-to-date and reflects the collection in the real shop. Many special brands that cannot be bought in most of the usual "slijterij’ shops. Definately will come back here.

Located pretty far from Eindhoven centrum, but a very good beer shop. A lot of choice, many beers from foreign countries as well. Helpful staff who know a lot about the beers they sell. Glad to live nearby.

I’m glad i live near this store. This is basicly a liquor shop that has specialized in beers and they have lot’s of it. It depends on who’s working that day, but some of the staff really know their beers. All the staff are nice people, who don’t mind you wandering about in their shop for an hour. The prices are pretty okay. They have a nice selection, from small microbrewery beers from Belgium, to crazy editions of beers from the Molen. And they always give me a Bier! magazine copy for free. Great service! Great beer store.

Nice to have this store at aproimately 5 km from my home. I also have a Mitra at 0.5 km but this has a very small selction. Mitra van Bergen is great for a beer-lover. It has such a nice, fairely big collection. prices rang from under a Euro till about 20 Euros.

Despite an awful location; surely one of the best bottle shops in the wide vicinity. Great friendly, knowledgable staff. Fantastic collection of American, Scandinavian and British beers next to an already impressive list of low countries-beers.

I arrived just before closing time and there was a sign on the door saying they were exceptionally closed for a day. 2 friendly guys were working to put everything back in the store after renewing the ceiling, and they let me in after I explained I had to travel quite a bit to get there. A lot of beers were still stacked in shopping carts, yet they helped me to find anything I needed. What a great service! They have an awesome selection of good beers from all over the world, prices are reasonable too. I’ll definitely go back when everything’s on the shelves again :)

We (inhabitants of Eindhoven) are lucky to have such a beautiful store as this one in Eindhoven, the Netherlands The owner of this store seems to improve his store every week, or better: with every shipment. A large selection with the best beers from the Dutch beer culture are easily to be found here. But his imports from other countries are a wonderful gesture towards the beer connoisseurs! A nice and broad (more than 600 different beers on any day you visit this shop) selection of the finest beers. Specialty are the Dutch and Belgian beers! (I am not going to name the breweries, but they are the best and finest breweries of The Netherlands and Belgium). But there’s also a nice selection of beers from England (Fullers, Harveys, Meantime, Sam Smith, Whychwood), Denmark (Mikkeller, Amager Bryghus), Norway (Haandbryggeriet, Nøgne ø), America (Southern Tier, Sierra Nevada, Port Brewing, Rogue) Italy, (Almond), etc. The American beers are a bit pour, but this is absolutely not in any way negative! The selection keeps growing and I think it easily hits the 700+ beers already. Ask the owner anything and he friendly helps you. He has great knowledge about what he sells so he can answer almost any question you have about the beers he sells. Some items are a bit pricy, but that’s everywhere where they sell import beers. I am sure whenever you pay Eindhoven a visit and go to the Mitra, you will succeed, even if it is one bottle you buy, you will succeed! NOTE: A lot of Belgians come here to buy their (Belgium) beer here, because they are not easy to get in Belgium!

Travelled to this shop today (29/05/10), cause I had seen at the website they had some beers I was looking forward to. Contacted the shopkeeper by mail to put some beers away for me. That was no problem at all, so I was sure I could still buy them when I got there. Smaller shop then expected, the beer section looks very small, but they have lots of beers, cause they don’t put crates, just 1 row of each beer. Nice selection of beers from different country’s. I was glad they putted allready my beers together, so I didn’t had to care about that anymore and could use my time to look for some more beers to take with me. Only thing the service was some less, was the moment I told him one of the bottles was over date... But after a small discussion we got a solution. Not a bad shop at all.

Ordered 24 Dutch beers from them a few days ago and the shipment arrived very quickly. I think the selection quite impressive and the prices very competitive. Will probably use them again soon.

A small disorder shop used to buy wine, liquide and beer. It has diffrent beer from the world and you can buy also giftpacks. If you have questions they can help you very well with it.
