March 11, 2012 I wish I could rate them on their beers alone because I thought they were delicious, good foods some exotic such as alligator overall a nice brew pub. |

December 11, 2011 Stopped in for lunch. Food was good, a little pricey but maybe the location drives that. They specialize in lagers / bock which is different. I enjoyed the selection as I typically have ales. Nice old building. |

August 5, 2011 Nice location in downtown Ellicott City with plain, vintage decor inside. Service was fine for a midweek lunch. Pretty good crabcake and homemade chips. Will have to go back and get a beer sometime, although they seem to focus on German styles which aren’t really my favorite. |

February 27, 2010 Nice place. Lots of hard wood. Old building in an historic town. Beer was average at best. Nothing to write home about at all. |

February 13, 2010 Beer has gone downhill wonder if they are reducing the contents of the beer to keep a certain price point. Warm crisps are great the smoked chop is growler. Take home growlers of beer and steamed crabs (from Crossroads Pub in Dayton MD) will still be my favorite Birthday dinner tho |

August 23, 2009 Nice location, an old building in the old portion on Ellicott City. Had some wings and sampled the beers they had on tap. Beer was average at best across the board. Nothing really stood out. Liked the ambience of the place though. |

August 9, 2009 The beers are boring but I love the town and its atmosphere. You can usually find some interesting characters and conversation in the basement bar. |

July 5, 2009 very cool building.... converted hardware store with high ceilings, multi levels, wooden surroundings and exposed brewing equipment. great friendly service although it was a bit slow. 8 very mediocre beers on tap. a nice place to get away from the town... |

September 15, 2008 Really great little town where the brewpub is located. Went there this past weekend with some friends. Beers were not good. I didn’t get a chance to look at a menu because we didn’t stay there long. I didn’t like the beers though and I heard the beers used to be really good here. Oh well. |
