Oakshire Brewing

This site is no longer open to the public, although apparently some brewing (?pilot batch) and storage occurs here. This was the site of the original Oakshire taproom.

Very good beer and a broad selection. Did not try the food. Servers were rather unfriendly both times I was there.

Very nice little brewing co, a little more modest-feeling than Hop Valley or Ninkasi, but I enjoyed the beers at this place more than at Ninkasi or Hop Valley. I didn’t try any food, so I’m not sure about that but I liked this place.

Nice open layout, great place to have an event and/ or socialize. Small outdoor area with a food cart located outside. Helpful, nice staff. Had an amazing pumpkin porter on draft from them that I highly recommend. A lot of fun beers to try for a decent price! Worth a stop.

Nice tasting room at their production facility. Free samplesof everything they had on tap and pints were only four bucks. Two servers behind the counter were friendly and attentive even though it was busy. Tour was pretty so-so but not bad. Only knock is that they had none of their specialty beers available bottled and I’d seen them elsewhere in town in abundance. Oh well. Worth a visit for sure.

Free samples of everything they happen to have on tap. The tasting room is just a corner of the breweries loading dock. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Oh this is a must stop in the area. Great beers to be had here,. Be sure to bring a growler and you will leave very very happy. No food to speak but the tour and the tasters are well worth the stop. This is a fun place.

a bit outside of town but somewhat near Ninkasi. it’s a medium-sized production brewery with a small number of taps and then shirts, glasses and other stuff. growler fills, samples and bottles available for purchase. weekend had a food cart and picnic tables available. fun place with quality beer.
