Nice craft beer selection and the staff is very helpful. Check the clearance grocery cart in the southwest corner of the store - every once in a while there’s a nice surprise in there at a great price. Not a huge selection like Binny’s, but a decent quality selection. Every once in a while you’ll find something here that you don’t find elsewhere, but not too often. Prices seem very fair (on the beer at least - middling on the hard stuff).

So I was sent out on a job near Cicero, and had a craving for Quiznos, drove 2 mile to get there and saw this liquor store, I aid to myself "let me see what this kinda store has in stock." Bam! KBS 4 pack for 20.99... I nearly freaked out! The beer manger saw what I had and said thats a mighty good beer you chose there. I told him I couldn’t believe that this was stll around nearly 3 weeks after it was out. He said, not many people know about this place. His shelves maybe about an aisle or so of micro brews and import. Not much of a selection, Founders, Bells, Dogfishhead, FFF, and other usual beers.

I agree with frankenkitty. Quite a few beers here, but most of them are only available in 6-packs and everything is pretty common for the area. About a quarter of an aisle was singles. Seemed kinda picked over, but then again it was Christmas eve (and very busy). Prices seemed pretty reasonable.

As has been mentioned: Decent selection but nothing over the top... you’ve seen most (if not all) of these beers elsewhere. A bit of dust on some bottles makes me wonder about overshelving. One of my sisters-in-law lives about a mile from here, so I’ll stop when we visit, but not otherwise. One of those places that is good to list on RateBeer for someone who is going to be stuck in the area rather than a place to go out of your way for.

Great customer service. A pretty decent selection of brews. Nothing out of the ordinary but worth a stop if u r in the area.

A rather excellent selection of American micros and imports. One entire aisle, 3-4 shelves of just beer, plus more refrigerated. DFH, 3Fs, and plenty more. Not as good a selection as Sal’s Beverage World in Elmhurst, and not as special a selection as Archer liquors, but probably the best selection in the Oak Park-Forest Park area. Worth a stop if you’re in the area.
