I’m reading mixed reviews here and lots of people mentions how quality of service varies. I guess I’ve been lucky then. My box arrived at my doorstep (UK) 2 days after the online order. Good packaging, tracking number. Selection is very limited but always carries some gems you can’t find elsewhere, not in even in BD bars sometimes, especially Mikkeller. A good experience for me. I’ll order again.

Should have been reading the reviews before I ordered, but I was in such à hurry that it didn’t come to my mind. My mother in law was coming over and one week à head she was mentioning bringing bagage and free space... Anhow 2 days of shipping, anysize and weight for 7 Sterling Gold (UK)is great and à tracking system that was working (went to fast so I didn’t had time to see all moments). Web inviroment was easy to understand, great selection - I shouldn’t have been holding back on their guest ones. Package was OK... Conclution, will use again!

Beer selection is good, not only BrewDog beers, but also others. Staff is unprofessional, and shipping time is quite long. I asked them after one week no response, what’s with my order, answer was, that they are overloaded, but within next they they shipped me the box. Also I had one bottle missing, on the inquiry "will follow" was written. I think I will ask them, when. Anyway, good beers, poor service.

Selection varies a lot. Service varies even more. Shipping inside the UK works well. Shipping costs outside the UK quite expensive.

Review update.
I placed my fifth (fourth outside the UK) order in March and one month later I asked when my order will be shipped. They promised to get it delivered right away. Three weeks later I asked again. This time they really shipped the beers. So I got the box exactly 2 months from the day I placed the order and paid. But one beer was missing. When I asked about it they said they ran out of that but delivered the order without it and without mentioning about it or refunding that. Incredible. They have great beers but the service is something quite unbelievable.

A tough one to rate, as I have ordered many times. To be honest the service is fairly mixed, as I think they suffer from under-staffing. I have had a few problems in the past, but this is mostly because they use Parcel Force to send goods. Replacements do however get sent out fairly quickly. The selection really depends on what they are brewing, but more recently they have added guest beers such as Alesmith, 3 Floyds and CCB, which we don’t have access to elsewhere in the UK.

Online Brewery store. I placed my order online but it did not arrive in 2 weeks. I phoned the store, spoke to a friendly girl who apologised for the mistake immediately sorted out the problem. She sent me an extra bottle. Would use again if I wanted a hard to find Brewdog beer. Have used again service again slow, had to chase up order. Annoyning because they do have a great selection of beers and they take Paypal.
