there is an alright selection of beer, mostly craft. about a third of this is in 750ml bombers. the rest is 6packs so there isn’t much opportunity for mix-n-match or single tasters. prices are okay. some are better than total wines in brea, some are worse.

This place becomes more and more depressing each time I go there. Which is why I pretty much never do anymore. There are about two or three people working there, lots of old beer sitting on the shelves, sometimes sitting out on the floor. They don’t seem to really keep up with new releases, except maybe the most local of breweries. Don’t bother.

Not a bad selection, nothing different than most other stores. Nice setup, very easy to find what you are looking for. Most everything is in the cold box. I probibly wouldn’t go there again though.

Fairly good selection including German, Belgian and US micros. I would guess about 250 different beers. Average to high prices.

Vendome is a great Craft beer resource for North Orange County. They have some of the best stuff in the world (Mikkeller, Fantom, etc.) They also have a great selection of American craft beers. The major downside is that it can be a bit pricey. But, if you love craft beer and live in North Orange County, this is an essential place. Some of their rarer selections (mostly belgian and european imports) seem to have sat around for a while. Who knows what temp and conditions they have seen! So, I would cautious about some there imports.

Small store that was recently bought by the Vendome chain(used to be Dome). Good selection including a decent amount of German and Belgians. All the West Coast micros are represented. Nice Humidor for those who enjoy a good smoke. Very large Wine and Liquor section.
