Stopped there on a bike ride from Ottawa to Aylmer. This place is well known in the NCR as the cheapest place to buy beer, and it still holds that title. But lo and behold, they have almost scrapped their DVD rental section to make a heaven of Quebec’s finest micro! And, in line with their reputation, they will not be undersold. Bottles tend to be cheaper than at Brouhaha and Omni (although Brouhaha still has the largest selection). If your going to L’Autre Oeil, why not stop there!

Great place to buy beer for anyone. Good for those who just want to buy macros for cheap or for those looking for something different. It has a section on the left (used to be the movie rental section) that is dedicated to Québec microbrews with a pretty good selection. They also have more imports than most other places in the region.
