| Rune (234), Tromsø, Norway | | May 1, 2012 Right across the street from The Three Judges, this is a new and modern bar promoting an airy and clean impression. Good food, I had the burger and bacon nicely served on a wood platter. Interesting range of bottled beers, keg and cask ales. Polite service. Cozy atmosphere. Cheers to the local ratebeerians JohnRMurdoch and mr_h for the friendly company (visited, 12.04.2012).
| | Benjii (61), Edinburgh, Scotland | | March 1, 2012 A great bar in Glasgow’s west end. An excellent selection of beer. When we were there draught lines featured Summer Wine Brewery, Flying Dog, Lovibonds and Black Isle. Fuller Thompson burger list with a few specials. Hard to leave and directly opposite both The Three Judges and an underground train station. Brilliant. | | JohnRMurdoch (208), Glasgow, Scotland | | June 12, 2011 [ Updated December 20, 2011 ] Just opened yesterday. Formerly the Millhouse. Across the road from the 3 Judges. Same owners as the Red Squirrel in Edinburgh & has a similar format. Amazing selection of beers which are either new or very highly rated on ratebeer. Reminds me of BrewDog or the Euston Tap in London. Very different from the typical traditional Scottish bar. This is the future for beer lovers. Food looked really good as well. |
