| CalumScotland (29), Hamilton, Scotland | | July 17, 2011 Big weatherspoons good selection but is defo not my favourite one feels empty | | flying_pig (23), , Scotland | | December 6, 2010 Very open style Wetherspoons with two floors. Same as other Wetherspoons in terms of ambiance in that it has little. Service is good though & food/value is also good. Not my favourite though as even when full it seems empty with the high ceilings & massive windows. As always it has good selection | MagisterLudi (9), Aarhus, Denmark does not count - explanation | | March 28, 2010 Good service to fair prices, but the interior is far too open to have any kind of atmosphere. The foreign beer selection is mundane at best. They had a Scottish beer festival going when I visited in Spring 2009, which sadly also excluded the more heavy and interesting Scottish brews. | | JohnRMurdoch (208), Glasgow, Scotland | | March 5, 2010 [ Updated April 3, 2010 ] Large Wetherspoons close to Glasgow Central Station. Surprisingly for a Wetherspoons it is well staffed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very fast food service in spite of bar being very busy. Another unusual Wetherspoons feature are multiple large screen TVs showing live football. Food as always is excellent and well priced. Upstairs is a "restaurant" bar where you queue for bar service. Very civilised. One of the better Wetherspoons. |
