Maybe the most likable of all the JDWs I visited in Glasgow. This one is located in the outskirts of the city centre, very close to the famous State Bar. Long L-shaped bar offering eight interesting, different and well kept cask ales. Medium sized room, airy and clean. Polite service. One of the poorer JDW’s in Glasgow and not one I visit very often. Large Wetherspoon’s across the road from The State Bar. 8 well cared for real ales on tap but there are a couple of repititions. Well worth a visit if you are in this part of the city. |
