| northropfrye (47), Steinbach, Manitoba | | January 5, 2012 A larger selection of singles than the Gateway location. Again, good on the American macros, weaker on foreign stuff, but worth the trip from Manitoba. | | piscator34 (33), Winnipeg, Manitoba | | November 24, 2011 One of the two red barns in Grand Forks. Had a far larger selection of singles than the Gateway location. Had an ok selection of mid-west American brews, along with a few fairly common European ones. Prices seemed fair. | | fata2683 (125), Tucson, Arizona | | June 18, 2011 the larger of the 2 HH in Grand Forks, good selection of Mid West beers and a few ND apple wines from Maple River as well as Crows Peak IPA and Porter from SD. Really the best selection in the town. | | Savvy1982 (53), Lethbridge, Alberta | | March 1, 2011 The weaker of the two Happy Harry’s in Grand Forks. The Gateway location has a larger selection, but the selection here is different enough that it is worth checking both locations. For example when I was last in Grand Forks, the Gateway location had very little Goose Island, whereas this location had a half dozen bottles of Bourbon County Rare!!! Otherwise, it’s in a large red barn, and the service is helpful if you ask, but otherwise ignores you. Being as it’s only 5 minutes from the Gateway Happy Harry’s it’s worth a look. | happybeermanGF (2), North Dakota does not count - explanation | | March 23, 2009 Best selection around, lots of rare items and wide selection | Slick (7), Thief River Falls, Minnesota does not count - explanation | | March 23, 2006 This store is roughly the same as the other but it manages to have a slightly larger selection then the other store.Maybe 200 diffrent kinds of brew, but most are fairly easy to get with most people. |
