Originally reviewed: 1/26/10. Stopped here for lunch when I was in the area today. I was by myself, so I sat at the bar. The server was very nice and helpful. I ordered and my food arrived very promptly. Their tap selection was not as great as I was anticipating. From the reviews of this place, I was expecting some taps that were no where else in the area. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Everything on the list, I had seen at other places around the area. I got the Bell’s Two-Hearted in a room temp. pint glass. Hurray! As always, their food is stellar. This time around I got the BBQ Chicken Pizza, and it was great. Not a bad place to get some food and good beer, just don’t expect to be blown away.

We have been to Brixx several times and have never been disappointed. They typically have a wide variety of beers on tap which is always a plus. They have a beer card program where you can get free stuff for trying all the beers. The only problem is they never have all of the beers on the card so you constantly have to find substitutes. Not a big deal. The pizza is very solid and the beer is very good. I would recommend this to anyone looking for good beer, good pizza and a laid back atmosphere.
