The 74 is actually a pretty good number. Greenville has a very limited market for fine beers. Dolce Vita is the best in town for sure. It has a pretty good selection of American and import beers including a few Belgians (my particular favorite). You can do your own 6-pack, get full 6-packs, 750s, and quite a few already chilled. You can also get a few glasses for proper drinking, if that’s your thing. Eastern North Carolina boasts a few craft brews, and Dolce Vita carries them - Mother Earth Brewing Company, The Duck Rabbit Brewing Company - to name a few. The service was knowledgable and pleasant. Particularly wonderful is their willingness to make special orders. If they don’t have it, they will do what they can to get it for you. Legally speaking. They also sport an excellent boutique wine selection (complete with free weekly wine tastings) at very satisfactory pricing. I will certainly be purchasing all my beer in Greenville from Dolce Vita.

Love this place. Autumn, the owner, will order anything she can get her hands on, and they do BYO 6-Packs for anything on the shelf. Awesome. My one gripe isn’t even their fault: why can’t they serve beer in house?
