| dutchbeerpages (36), Wilnis, Netherlands | | July 13, 2011 Since this is in my hometown I go there whenever I visit family, mostly because once in a while he has some special beers that you won’t find easily. Maallust beers for example (I’ve also found Westvleteren 12s and Tactical Nuclear Penguin) or either beers from the north. Only for that is it worth a visit, the rest is pretty standard, but every trip to Groningen should lead to visiting Van Erp. | | greenclansman (22), Nicosia, Cyprus | | May 10, 2011 Has a very good selection on Dutch beers and some good British ones. In general he has a normal selection of beers, and you might find some rare ones (if you are lucky). Also has a good glass selection. The best part of this store, is the service. The guy who owns it might not be the silly owner example (always being happy to see you) but he sure respects you. I had a great time there, talked for Dutch beers, and even had a good discount, after all my visits.
Nice place. | | sayravai (103), Helsinki, Finland | | September 4, 2010 Mainly wines and spirits here. Mostly Belgian, but also some Dutch beers. Not many rarities. Prices are high by Dutch standards. Parking and getting there by car is challenging, but possible if lucky. No credit cards. | wouter (6), , Netherlands does not count - explanation | | February 18, 2010 Nice shop! Great choice in UK beers, allthough the owner doesn’t seem to like them a lot !? | | JanEric (16), Meppel, Netherlands | | August 9, 2009 Good store with some big shelves with beers from all over Europe and other continetns, but especially from Netherlands and Belgium. Some rarities, I only miss the seasonals (saisons). Furthermore there’s a big choice in beer glasses. | | jbrus (133), Delft, Netherlands | | August 7, 2008 If your up north then this is a good place to get your beers. Selection is mainly average stuff you can get elsewhere with a few exceptions. I thought they were a bit pricy though. | TaxiDriver (6), Stadland, Germany does not count - explanation | | August 26, 2007 Very good selection of dutch, belgian and international beers. Also a good selection of glasses and other drinks (Wine, Whisky). Worth the visit if you’re in the area. | | altonbrownd (146), Brussels, Belgium | | March 25, 2007 Regional brewshop. Very good selection of Grungen (Groningen) beers, with quite a few international ones as well. Nothing to rare but nice shop with friendly service and classy wood finish. | HermanW (8), Coevorden, Netherlands does not count - explanation | | July 30, 2006 A good store. Hard to find but a good selection not superb. | | dkoonce (25), People’s Republic of Athens, Ohio | | July 8, 2006 For an Americam, thos shop has quite a few beers I can’t get in the states. Trouble is the hotel has no fridge and the 90+ temps may not hoghlight the flavors best. Good selection of barware and glasses. |
