| HopHead7 (10), , | | March 14, 2012 Location is weird, being sort of in the middle of a more residential area. Staff is great though and very knowledgeable. Place is stacked to the ceiling with beer and wine, with tiny aisles that you have to navigate. However they hvae a great selection of craft brews that include items that cannot found in other places in Western MD (like Stillwater Stateside Saison). | | mnoud (15), Martinsburg, West Virginia | | January 11, 2012 Plenty of parking, the store is kind of out in the middle of nowhere to some extent. The interior has a bit of a wooden ski lodge feel or something like that. One half is craft beers, one half is wine. A decent amount of cooler space. Good selection of craft beers, some things well represented that are less so at other places, like Goose Island. Staff was friendly and talkative during my last visit. Definitely worth a stop. | | Drake (295), Charlottesville, Virginia | | August 18, 2011 Almost thought I had the wrong address keyed into my GPS as this is smack dab in the middle of a residential neighborhood. Inside its crammed full of product. Kind of a ghetto feel to it which isn’t helped by the fact that they slice 12 packs in half and tape them up to sell them as 6 packs. Just weird. The beer guy was very helpful. Good beer selection... I picked up some Flying Dog and some new brewery to hit the state from California. Prices seemed competitive. Nice stop. | | keepersj12 (48), Sicklerville, New Jersey | | June 14, 2010 Going to see the in-laws in Hagerstown and I’m in charge of the beer. Find this place on rate beer about a mile from my destination. What a great find. Thanks again RateBeer.com. Not handicapped friendly by any means. Each aisle is about 12 inches wide. the place is packed and a lot of the space is beer. Even the bath room had a sixtel of Troegs and the sink was full of taps. I had to balance on an inflatable Bud bottle to piss. Good selection of everything except local beer. They had some Brewers Alley and Duclaw but most of the beer was from elsewhere. Great just the same. The staff was great helping you find stuff that was virtually hidden. When in Hagerstown, a must stop for beer. | idrinkeveryday (1), Maryland does not count - explanation | | March 16, 2010 This place is amazing... An incredible selection of boutique beers, high alcohol belgians, off the wall singles, and bangin’ prices. By far the best little beer store I’ve laid my eyes on.
Bought: Lucifer 4pk, Augustjin 4 pk, Brew Dog Tokyo, The Bruery Mischief, Duclaw Devil’s Milk, FLying Dog Raging Bitch, and a 40 of Colt 45. All the basics.
Staff is very knowlegable, girl said between the four of them they’ve probably tried it all... | krampus (9), does not count - explanation | | January 9, 2010 [ Updated January 10, 2010 ] My ace in the hole.
In this small town this small shop can’t be touched. They’ve got it all just about, a lil cramped but a fun place to go "diggin" around. The staff is very friendly and make you feel right at home.

| Nimrod979 (5), Hagerstown, Maryland does not count - explanation | | December 19, 2009 Best place in Hagerstown to pick up some brew Great selection And their employees are very helpful and informative. I’ll give these guys my business any day. | | hellbilly (130), scottsdale über alles, Arizona | | July 5, 2009 small store with lots of six packs and bombers though surprisingly not a lot of local stuff (probably more west coast than east?). employees were helpful in letting me know what the fresh stuff was. good prices given the area... | geekbeer (1), Maryland does not count - explanation | | April 18, 2008 for a small redneck town these guys really got it going on!!! there hidden stock and always friendly enthusiastic staff NEVER leave me disappointed.....
cheers! | Frauditor (6), Hagerstown, Maryland does not count - explanation | | January 29, 2008 [ Updated February 8, 2008 ] this is the greatest place to get beer in Hagerstown. These guys know what’s going on. Nevermind the mountain of Miller or coors light 30 packs on your way in - the good stuff is in the back on the shelves. Always seem to have something new when I go in there. also a decent selection of scotch. |
