It’s almost like an oktober-fest. Lot and lot of people, big beers, singing, leder-hosen und Heidi’s. Has only Hofbräu beers, but that’s ok.

Visited on a Sunday in October 2011. The ambiance was good, this is a large place with a tradtional German beer hall interior. The place was almost packed with glad people, some of them singing during the Sunday Brunch. Really a great experience, I have never witnessed something similar in Sweden early on a Sunday. The food was good traditional Bavarian food, the beers that I drank were ok, but please note that there is no local beer in this place, only beer from Hofbräu. A glass of 0,5 liter Hofbräu München Schwarze Weisse did cost 3.80 EUR. Very cheap for a poor chap from Sweden.

Ginormous Munich restaurant. Looks Bavarian and imports 5 of their beers. Steer clear if you’re looking for breweries or beer from Hamburg.
