Typical gourmet/healthy/organic grocery store. It�s basically just like all the other Earth Fares I�ve been to. The beer selection is pretty decent with a couple of things (Mountaineer, Atlanta Brewing) that I haven�t seen other places in east TN. Nothing too exciting, but better than most places in the area.

The atmosphere is an upscale grocery store. The service is nice but not beer savvy. The selection is good with nothing but craft beers. The food is also good. The value is not good with prices much higher than the area average. Overall its nice but they dont separate six packs for singles.
