The food is all extremely good although there may not be much to choose from. I will always go back. | 88 AMBIANCE 4/5 SERVICE 7/10 SELECTION 15/15 FOOD 4/10 VALUE 8/10 OVERALL 18/20 jaybroz (1) Missouri | March 30, 2013 Love this place. Great way to try out some new beers. The rotating selections keep things interesting. The people are awesome and very helpful. The service can be a bit slow when things get busy and there really is no food to speak of but overall. In my top 5 in KC | 78 AMBIANCE 3/5 SERVICE 8/10 SELECTION 12/15 FOOD N/A VALUE 8/10 OVERALL 16/20 thomas15 (17) | February 8, 2013 kind of a half done feel to the place. some areas look amazing, some look like an afterthought. Service is mixed, some is the best in town some is....weird. A mix of being on the old high horse and just not knowing as much as they think. Being able to purchase and consume beer in a variety of ways havent had the food, seems to be snacks not meals. Really fair pricing. Im glad that this exists, but two complaints. They dont really seem to invest much time in advertising what they have virtually. It got to the point that a local computer guy made a program that scans their twitter for what is and isnt on tap. Except they cant even be bothered to tweet releases on time. Also if you look at the tap list and know what seasonals are out, they seem to get a whole buch of old kegs mixed in with super new releases. They just put on Krampus which was bottled in september, but now its february. they also just had Stones 16th anny ipa on tap. About 6 months after release. When would they tap an Enjoy by? I glad they exist, but I anxiously await a competitor in the same format. They would get destroyed. | 94 AMBIANCE 5/5 SERVICE 10/10 SELECTION 14/15 FOOD 7/10 VALUE 8/10 OVERALL 18/20 kregger (1) Kansas City, Missouri | January 23, 2013 My new favorite tavern to have a beer. Helps to live in the neighborhood as well. Staff are well versed on the taps and the bottle selection is outstanding. | 80 AMBIANCE 4/5 SERVICE 7/10 SELECTION 12/15 FOOD N/A VALUE 7/10 OVERALL 17/20 RobertDale (89) Lansing, Kansas | January 14, 2013 Visited 3:00 p.m. on a Saturday and it was very busy. Nice concept for sure. Bottle selection similar to a better beer store. Tap selection was very good, something for everyone. 20 taps I believe. Very limited menu. Staff knew their beers. Believe this place will age well. | 72 AMBIANCE 3/5 SERVICE 8/10 SELECTION 10/15 FOOD 5/10 VALUE 7/10 OVERALL 15/20 lawman357 (13) Missouri | January 11, 2013 Great new place in Waldo Neighborhood, Kansas City, Mo. Love the concept; beers to go, or pick out what you want and for an upcharge you can drink it at the bar. Nice tap selection including a rotating dedicated wild, sour, geueze, lambic tap. | 90 AMBIANCE 5/5 SERVICE 9/10 SELECTION 14/15 FOOD N/A VALUE 8/10 OVERALL 17/20 unclemike (45) Ft. Riley, Kansas | January 11, 2013 Wow thank you for opening this place, I didnt even know about it my wife took me to it on a date selection was crazy not very expensive. Love a nplace which is dedictaed to beer this is a place that i will visit frequntely two thums up | 88 AMBIANCE 4/5 SERVICE 9/10 SELECTION 13/15 FOOD N/A VALUE N/A OVERALL 18/20 theisti (352) Leawood, Kansas | December 31, 2012 Visited Saturday early evening (their opening night). First impression was the place was larger than I was expecting, with a large bar right in front, 5-6 large tables to the right, and 8-10 cooler doors beyond that. The place was mobbed, though service was still friendly and attentive. Everyone in the place seemed really happy. I chose a Tallgrass Ethos, Monk’s Cafe Sour and a Stillwater of Love and Regret from the ~20 draft beers. Nice glassware, decent value. The bottles beer selection was well chosen, though nothing to crazy jumped out at me (it was their first day after all). This place immediately becomes one of the best spots in Kansas City to drink a beer (and buy one too). | 82 AMBIANCE 3/5 SERVICE 9/10 SELECTION 13/15 FOOD N/A VALUE 7/10 OVERALL 16/20 bobbyberbiglia (1) Kansas City, Missouri | December 30, 2012| Updated February 9, 2013 Attended opening night an had a real good time. Enjoyed talking beer with the guys behind the bar (Jake & Brad). A welcome addition to the KC area. |
