Nica’s 320 Cafe is the worse restaurant in the whole Kansas city metro area. My husband, my friends and I went there Friday April 20th and we were extremely disrespected by 3 of their employees. As we complained about one of the server’s horrible service and behavior, a guy who claimed to be owner was very aggressive and told us to never come back if we weren’t satisfied with their service. Two of my friends complained about their drink and instead of trying to accommodate them, the server said they didn’t understand anything about drinks, gave them their bill, and told them to pay and leave. The server literally call one of them a lier. A few seconds later when we request to be treated with respect the same server to us "get the fuck out". As all of that happened, the guy who claimed to be the owner were standing right there and did not do anything about it. We, the customers, never raised all voices or used curse towards any of them..... But instead to be accommodated and treated with respect they told us to "get the fuck out" Amazing. I have been living in the US for about 10 years and I have never been treated like this anywhere. I do not recommend this place to anyone. We are Brazilians, my friends who weren’t satisfied with their drinks have dark skin color, we felt so discriminated....... We do not recommend this place to anyone. They are very disrespectful and racist and provide horrible service to their patrons.

A great rotating selection of import and craft beers. They feature a lot of local beers in their selection. The mixed drinks and wine list are tip top as well is the food and service. A must place to go in KIansas City’s Crossroads District.
