Good little Japanese-style Izakaya, but with a lot of beer. Usually 5 draught beers include 3 guest Japanese micros, Kirin Heartland, and a German style import. Good selection of bottled beers. Probably 30-40 Japanese Micros and imports (mostly Belgian and American). I also had Gose there once. Happy hour offers cheap Heartland, but is limited timewise. Cheap pints on mondays lately. Japanese drinking-food is high quality, lots of different grilled and smoked meats, fish, and veggies. Pricey, but has a nice Japanese atmosphere, and the only Izakaya I know with beer like this. |
