| christoph (10), littleton, Colorado | | May 5, 2012 very good selection of harder to get beers. Andre the beer manager knows his stuff and brings in some very nice beers. a bit more expensive than other stores but well worth it for the selection. Over all one of my favorite beer stores would highly recommend. | | Steve_0 (38), Denver, Colorado | | May 2, 2012 Very nice liquor store in Lakewood. Decent selection and they offer a lot of singles. Walk-in cooler with a pretty good selection of imports. Typically get in the rarer stuff and have a very up-to-date website. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They also let you reserve bottles by simply calling in, which is a huge plus for me. Highly recommended. | | craftbeerdesign (92), Alpharetta, Georgia | | February 28, 2012 wine / liquor / beer store next to Whole Foods. stopped in on my way to the mountains. good amount of beer in coolers with a walk in bomber section including some nice local CO stuff along with Belgians and other CA, etc stuff. prices seem to be higher than elsewhere. also have some glassware for sale. nice store. | | Ratman197 (122), Arvada, Colorado | | October 31, 2011 Medium size store with most of their beer in coolers. Quite often they have rare beers I can’t find elsewhere. Service is great with a knowledgeable staff. Some times the prices are a bit higher than the big stores but worth checking out. | | Atom (37), Minneapolis, Minnesota | | July 24, 2011 Store is located in an odd newish development of stores, right under a Wholefoods. Really clean large store. They carry more then the average store. Really nice selection and great walk in cooler. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. | | tennessejed420 (18), Denver, Colorado | | April 30, 2011 [ Updated May 13, 2011 ] This is a good beer store. Nice and clean and right next to a whole foods. Service is good, beer people are knowlegeable and ask if you need help. Selection is a great, and is the selling point. Alot of stores in Denver do well with colorado / US micros so that is not hard to find. This store, however, has a great walk in cooler with very good selection in belgians, lambics, sours. Overall good stuff and very nice selection, will be coming back here. | | adnielsen (277), Fort Collins, Colorado | | April 8, 2011 There’s a good walk in cooler and a pretty good selection, not to mention that the staff is knowledgeable and usually get the rare stuff in. | | Zeswaft (110), Seattle, Washington | | April 5, 2011 Mix a sixer was a nice feature, and 6 for $9.99 seemed pretty good. I got a few ODells and Santa Fe. Overall, not a terribly impressive selection, but enough solid beers to get an out of towner by. I did get asked a few times if i needed any help so i’ll give service some bumps. | Blinebuddy (5), Golden, Colorado does not count - explanation | | March 28, 2011 best bomber room in the area IMO. great pricing compared to a lot of the bigger stores in town. also very friendly, and knowledgeable staff there to give great recommendations. will be going here for awhile. | | mlunger12 (38), Tallahassee, Florida | | November 8, 2010 This was the closest store to me living in Lakewood and I can never thank Brad enough for supporting my Habit. All the beer is tucked in the back in cooler doors or in a large walk in. Mile High may not have the size to compete with some of the larger chains but what they lack in quantity they make up for in quality. The Whole Foods on the upper floors made this a one stop trip for me, groceries and beer all in one. |
