Stopped in here on the way to the Red Rock Casino. Nice food selection with their own beers on tap as well as a few others. Most beers were about average but the IPA was good. The food was good as well. Had a flight of nine samples for $9.

I had their sampler with nine brews but their stout was out so lefted one open me to have later, I had the tripel again. Eight beers I had All Night pils, Weizenheimer wheat, Hardway Ipa, Rambin Reck, Old Town Brown, seasonals where, Belgain Tripel(silver medal), cranberry wit, strawberry blonde. I like 5 out 8 good batting average. Good fun place to chat with brewers as headbrewer walked in around 4ish, young 28ish kid.

Not sure why there are so many negative ratings here - maybe we just lucked out. Stand-alone building in a shopping center outparcel. Typical Chicago themed brewpub decor. Service was excellent! We had Buffalo wings (OK but not great) and a Chicago style deep dish pizza (VERY good). Decent beer selection, and the ones I tried were very good. My wife and I liked this a lot!

same old place i used to frequent years past... good food, mediocre service in the dining room (though it is always good at the bar), cheap happy hour and crappy beer. nine of their own on tap with a few bottles. it can get a little annoying with families at times in the DR...

Much bigger than the 4 Queens location and more of a brewpub. Features an interesting selection of beers that are enjoyable, Worth a stop.

very much enjoyed our visit, Nicole was the waitress and she was helpful, friendly and knew the beers and the food. The beer was tasty, good variety and creativity. GABF medal winners all around. Don’t get the pot roast unless you’re hungry.

(Visited 04/2008): CBC is located on Fort Apache Rd not too far off 215. They have a decent sized private lot and there are other lots in the strip mall nearby if necessary. The interior is large and is two floors, with the bar and restaurant separated (probably for the smokers). There is a second level for cocktails and cigars that I did not check out. The brewing eqipment is viewable behind large windows behind the bar, and there is a nice panorama of Chicago around the ceiling area. The only negatives to the atmosphere (which seem to be at every Las Vegas brewpub) are smoking, bartop electronic gambling and being overly dark. CBC has 9 beers on draught and a sampler of their beers is $8.99. A couple of them are seasonals. The beers range from Witbier to Stout with a couple interesting options like a Strong Ale made with honey. Overall the beers are average to above average. Service was pretty good on a weekday afternoon. The bartender was fairly attentive despite me not pouring cash into video poker. I did not try any food on the visit. Overall this is a pretty nice brewpub a few miles away from the Strip. It is definitely better than the typical brewpub/casinos that are common in the area.

This place could almost be like any brewpub in any town in the USA, rather than being a Vegas brewpub. It is located in a standalone building at the corner of a strip shopping center. * They do have machines built into the bar, but otherwise this is a typical modern brewpub. Bar on the left and restaurant on the right. * They have a good range of beers including a standard double IPA and seasonals like a Belgian tripple. Great happy hour prices including on the seasonals and high gravs. Free beer while playing the games. * If you have a car, this is a good stop, especially coming back from Red Rock Canyon. But if you don’t have a car, just visit the downtown location where they have most of the beers available.

Really a pretty neat family friendly brewpub. Beers are above average and the food is downright tasty.

A second stop for me before heading to the airport, way west side of the city, quite a hike from the main attractions. Besides the location not being optimal, the beers weren’t all that either. Highly crowded and even noisy. No need to head out here when you have Triple 7 nearby the action.
