14 AMBIANCE 1/5 SERVICE 1/10 SELECTION 2/15 FOOD N/A VALUE N/A OVERALL 3/20
Complete meh. Completely un-inspiring grocery store with a completely un-inspiring beer selection. Mostly macro with a few major national craft brands, Sam Adams, Goose Island and the like. If it takes me literally ten seconds to scan the entire beer selection in a place, it’s probably not worth checking out.

Since we were in the neighborhood, we thought we’d stop in and take a look. This is one of the cleanest shoppers I’ve visited and the beer wasn’t dusty. That said, You’d have to be pretty desperate to go to a shoppers for craft beer, frankly. They do have the more common National craft brands, common German, Belgium, and English brands, which I’ve added to the list above. They had beer layout charts displayed from the distributor, so they probably don’t have anyone who knows anything about beer. I’ve seen quite a few gas stations in the area with better selection of craft beer. There are much better places in Leesburg for beer, so I’d go to one of them!

They have one or two craft beers but mostly its a BMC emporium which is to say its your average crappy grocery store. I wouldnt even buy wine here as they have product under bright lights. Avoid at all costs.

This is a supermarket chain that occasionally carries plenty of BMC, but also carries the more common Belgian and English brews. No need to stop here if you are looking for something outside of the ordinary.
