Small but fully stacked shop, watch your move! Helpfull owner, decent prices. Shame parking is a b#$$%, since I don’t live in Leiden, but all in all a good shop.

Short visit during a trip to Leiden. Small store but a decent selection of Dutch and Belgian beers, also some US, Scandinavian and German beers.

Small shop in an alley near one of the two big old churches (Hooglandse / St. Pancras Kerk) in the old centre. Quite a big beer selection, plus a lot of whisky. Great service from a helpful owner.

Best beerstore in Leiden and far around. Owner is very helpfull and knows really a lot about beer. Has wide sellection of Dutch beers and does not sell stuff that not meets his standards. Great store.

Worth making to trip to Leiden for. Owner Peter knows everything about beer and always tries to have good stuff in store. Also gives Dutch brewers shelf space if they want. Location is not the best so you have to know it’s there. Got some wonderful Dutch beers and American beers. He might even have something really special on offer if you ask.

This is the way it’s supposed to be. A beer store like this. The owner knows about everything you want to know about every beer he has. He is helpfull, adviseable and willing to order any beer or glass he hasn’t got in stock. Great selection of rarities, commons and local craftbeers. I’m sure to be making some trips to Leiden in the near future.

My favorite, and only one I went time after time, store in Leiden. The only major problem in the store is that you need to be very careful not to knock items out of shelves (packed of products). p.s. These guys also sell lots of whisky just in case you happen to need such.

This is my main supplier and a very nice shop indeed. Packed with beers (and wiskeys) from all over the world. Good selection of Belgian beers, but also regional and Dutch, English, US, German, etc. Best is the high quality and constant renewal of what’s offered. Happy to help you (even order beers or glasses not in stock) even then busy in the tight shop. Ask for some InBev beer to kick start a good conversation. :P Has a closed cellar with aged beers as well.

Very good shoop in the centrum of Leiden, bit difficult to find the place but once within, you’ll get crazy of the amount of beer, There are not many local beers, but without doubt is one of the best collection in North Holland. They just moved to the number 9 in Hartesteeg
