Visited early in the day on a Wednesday, around 9 AM. Full parking lot is available, but there was almost nobody here at the time of my visit. The feel of this place is a lot like a big box store, but with predominantly stuff to get you drunk. They do have a walk in humidor, a deli, and an aisle of nice olive oils and mustards and things of that sort. At this one, there are 20 beers on tap at the deli. Those beers are all offered in a variety of sizes down to 2 ounces. The two ounce samples are the way to go. The majority of the two ounce samples were under $1. The tap selection was actually very nice. A lot of beers from Kentucky, many of which were seasonals or one-offs. Several high gravity options as well. The bottle/can selection was near the humidor on the left side of the store. There is one long aisle dedicated to beer with both sides having a selection to choose from. Many 4/6 packs, large format bottles, a build your own six pack section. They seemed to me to be arranged by origin. The domestic beers were together, then the imports were all together. Somewhat arranged by state or country. I built a 6 pack, but saw plenty I would have bought had I been low on beer. This place is very nice. My only complaint is that the mead selection is miniscule. Maybe 10 to choose from. That isnít so different from other stores, though. A worthwhile stop if in the area.

Really good prices for the area. Good selection. Organization is very bad, the beer is all over the place. Refrigerated beer is to the back right. The mead is in two locations. The singles and most of the beer on the shelf in to the back right. Not quite as good of selection as Beaumont, but almost. The 2oz., 6 oz., growler, howler options were good.

A big party store in Lexington that has a lot of beer, but nothing really special. Make sure to check out the growler selection in the deli.

Huge party-oriented store with a good beer selection. Best feature was the opportunity to sample local beers on tap before purchase. The clerk was knowledgeable about the local brews and about beer in general.

Well, they call it liquor barn and not beer barn for a reason. Lots of spirits but lackluster beer wise. Nice service but not present near the beer section. Selection is above average but donít expect hard to find beers. Smallish six-pack section. considering the size of the place, I would expect a bigger selection.

I want to call this the best of the Liquor Barns, but that is hard to tell. Itís the nicest building from the outside. But like all Liquor Barns, you wonder why - with all their locations - they donít have every single beer you could imagine having in Kentucky. Most of the imports/Belgians are ok at best. And selection is always hard to predict.

In the far left of the store is where the beer is, but the rest of the store is worth looking through. The selection of both imports & micros is quite extensive. They seem to always have at least one rare bottle of beer on the shelf. It is extremely accessible from I-75 and worth a stop for anybody passing through.

Nice new store with awesome amounts of alcohol and related products, well organized. Service was good enough, much area to cover. There were also free samples of BBC and Dogfish Head beers in the front, nice. Beer selection is wonderful, with many tops brews, micros, Belgians and even a nice homebrew section. Much to choose from in food, but I did not buy any. I bought two very good beers (top 10% in style) for under 3.00 a bottle. Making your own six pack here is an enjoyable experience. A great visit, close enough to I-75 to drop by when passing through,

The selection was jaw dropping, awesome. They had more craft/import beers than I have ever seen in one place before. Plus there is pleanty of wine and other alcohol if you need it.

selection was downright amazing!! service was helpful, makes the one on richmond look trashy and poorly lit. prices are good. easy to find and easy to quickly fill up a case with stuff we cant find at home. would love to return.
