Stopped by on my way through Lexington completely randomly. A nice little spot on a corner near the downtown, some outdoor seating I took advantage of on a beautiful summer night. A bunch of stuff I hadn’t seen on tap, Great Lakes, Founders, some good stuff. Bartender recommended a great place to get some dinner, overall a great experience for what I was expecting to be a Bud Light town.

We were here at about 9:30 pm on a Tuesday. The Chase was the only bar we saw downtown that was open. The ambiance is quaint and inviting. There was a small party of college kids in the corner that was controlling the jukebox, but after they left the music improved greatly which brought the ambiance of the place full circle. The tap list is very impressive, I’d be amazed if anyone else in town could even compete. Founders, Great Lakes, Three Floyds, Stone and many more were represented. They don’t have a kitchen of their own but it seems like it is possible to get food from the restaurant next door during earlier hours. I’ll be back if I’m ever in the area again.
