vajenny (1), Alabama does not count - explanation | | April 8, 2011 cute shop in a nice little town. The owner and staff are really into all the wine and beer and will try and get anything you ask for and have most of what you want! | | Drake (295), Charlottesville, Virginia | | March 4, 2010 Located in charming downtown Lexington. On a Friday, mid-day, I found on street parking with relative ease, but the place didn’t have dedicated parking that I could see. Cool little place with stone walls and cramped rooms. I love that vibe. Good, broad selection of beers. Definitely American focused though there was a smattering of foreign beers as well. Nothing rare, nothing too offbeat. Prices were very high compared to what I’ve seen elsewhere. Shopkeeper was nice. A few gourmet foodstuffs around. Not worth going out of your way for, but if you’re in Lexington they’ll suit your needs ably. | | rmussman (14), California | | January 11, 2010 Stopped by two times on a trip to Lexington from California in March 2009. Really nice friendly staff and great selection of top class brews. Prices are fair (top 100 brews for about 2 to 4 dollars a bottle). Nice place. |
