| Rune (87), Tromsø, Norway | | September 10, 2009 The place was almost packed with people eating mussels in different makings during my visit on an evening in early September. Pleasant place to eat and to drink draught beers for Swedish micros supported by some Belgian wheat beers on tap and bottled ales from USA and some other countries. The Summer Wheat beer from Ocean was perfect with the mussels. Attentive service that, among other things, included a sip of the draught beers before buying. Nils Oscar Coffee Stout was just the right one to finish a great meal. Inviting bar-pub-like place, central location and good selection of ales (visited 02.09.2009). | | gnoff (127), Göteborg, Sweden | | June 1, 2009 [ Updated June 3, 2009 ] Visited real fast in April of 2009, then got to sti down with the owner for a couple of hours in June of 2009 to talk about beers, the place and pretty much everthing. Got to see the beer coolers/cellar, taste some beers, talk about the meat for the restaurant and much else. Very nice place, very good service, some unsual amounts of Swedish micros. Haven’t had food yet, since I travel too wierd to get to this place, but I will try to eat there soon. I can very much receommend this place! Went back and had some food on June 3 before going back home, had the rump steak. Very very nice meat, boring potatoes. I can recommend this palce very much indeed! |
