4 reviews for Raja Liquors
| joeneugs (18), Livermore, California | | May 9, 2009 There are better places in town, but if your passing by this place its worth a stop. Pretty good selection of big Belgians, plus most of the local brews from RR, Bear Republic, North Coast, Port/Lost Abbey, Moylans, Lagunitas etc.. just not very proactive. In other words: they have what they have, and they get what they get. They have managed to be cheaper than most stores. I got a bottle of RR consecration for 4 dollars cheaper than other places. Not bad. The staff is friendly, but pretty much leaves you to your own devices, which is OK by me. | | fidel (50), Livermore, California | | January 8, 2009 [ Updated February 2, 2009 ] I don’t know if chimaybier owns the place or what, but this place was nothing amazing. Maybe I went on a bad week, but I have been to 20 spots just as simple in the eastbay, accept for the lost abbey/port bottles.. | | AgentSteve (62), SF Bay Area, California | | August 8, 2008 Your typical liquor store with some craft brews. I don’t think this area has enough knowledgable craft beer seekers for them to dedicate shelf space to the really good stuff. I’ll try againg in the Fall. | | chimaybier (10), Redding, California | | April 23, 2008 [ Updated October 31, 2008 ] Update: 10/31/08: I am listing all the craft beers that Raj carries there are some good Belgians in stock now, plus some others as well... Well worth your time to stop by. He will special order beers as well. |
