Cozy pub with great selection of beer & friendly staff.

Basement place with typical pub decoration. A bit overpriced, but this is, I suppose, the only place in Ljubljana that serves Flying Dog and BrewDog beers. Very good beer selection for Slovenian standards but no proper glassware. All in all very good place.

Descend a flight of stairs to a typical "cellar" pub, loaded with cooler than average paraphernalia and a row of empty bottles, some of which are truly exotic. Nice atmosphere. Huge tv with footie on (a plus from me heh). The best selection of beers in Ljubljana from what we’ve seen, including some rare foreign stuff. Rare (and good) local stuff too as it seems to be the best place to go to and get Human Fish beers, including the seasonals (they were just out when we visited but we got our rates already elsewhere and they were supposed to be getting more later on in the day). Good, inobtrusive music (the Kinks for example). Knowledgeable, efficient staff. The most expensive of the pubs we’ve visited though (when one compares the beers available at all the three places), but they have their happy hours and special offers so it’s nothing too wild, and some of the beers are pricey to begin with. They have some food (fish & chips for example) but we didn’t order anything. Another place I’ll be returning to when in Ljubljana!

Love this place! Oldest Pub in town, it’s small, gret atmosphere, live sport and the best beer selection in Slovenia!
