April 4, 2012 An okay place to meet and have an Adnams beer. Beyond that for the beer geek there are much better bars within walking distance of here. |

April 27, 2011 Pretty much same as the Pommeler Rest just smaller. Nice place but there are better beer selctions in the area of the bridge. |

June 14, 2010 I quite liked this upscale restaurant/pub on the Tower Bridge. There I enjoyed a Meantime, Purity and two Adnams beers. |

December 26, 2008 A pretty decent place to check out if you are visiting London. The range is only limited to Adnams beers although they are decent brews. The food is great and service is friendly. |

September 11, 2008 Four Adnams Ales on tap and that´s all ( I mean real ales ). Nothing special. Next time I think I´ll pass this place (3.8.2008). |

January 18, 2008 Very nice place. Tally Ho was lovely last night, as well as the Adnams they also had Meantime Pale Ale and Helles. Food good too, only a fiver for a large sausage baguette with chips. Excellent. |

July 10, 2007 A reliable place to find Adnams. A great stop before returning over the bridge. Staff was responsive. Go, if you are anywhere near it. |

April 23, 2007 There seems to be a bias towards sticky-carpeted boozers in the reviews of London pubs. The Bridge House has been fairly panned here, but I think it’s a lot better than the reviews it’s received. Sure, it has its faults: the selection is limited to Adnams cask ales, no guest beer; the decor is a bit bare-pine-trendy and the place has pretensions of being a bar, not a pub. But it also has several strengths, the first being that you can sample all the Adnams cask ales in excellent condition, and this being an Adnams owned house they always have the seasonal on tap. The staff have always been friendly to me and know their beer, advising on the rotation of the seasonals, what’s coming on when. They also have Bitburger Pils on tap (which despite being no great shakes is not at all common in London) and Licher Weizen on tap (a new beer to me). I haven’t eaten here, but the food looked good, big burgers, proper portions. The bar is airy and relaxed during the day, but it does get a little ’suity’ in the week day evenings. All in all it’s worth coming if you’re in the area, doing the Southwark beer traill to sample the Adnams and get a draught Weizen, and not a bad place to have a few pints in the evening |

January 26, 2007 Chilly atmosphere, the Adnams beers are the only reason to go there. A bit strange that Adnams should go for this type of style, it is in great contrast to their other marketing. do not go out of your way for this, as there are a number of fine pubs in the area. |

December 11, 2005 A cold place, and dark. Unfriendly staff. And i don’t like Adnams... |
