Superb when it comes to food and snacks. OK when it comes to beer. Stocks quite a few local London breweries aswell as a good selection of international beers. Very close to Hyde Park!

A really nice grocery store with anything you need food-related. And thereís pretty good beers, including a decent selection of The Kernel and other UK breweries as well as some Belgians and US beers. Prices for beers are fair/good. Not a store you must visit, but if you are in the area and need a little not too expensive snack, thatís a nice place to go and grab a beer. I would love to have this grocery store in my neighbourhood.

Decent selection of local and foreign beers. At first floor there is 50+ bottles of local, other British, BrewDog and other countries (Germany, Belgium, U.S.) + growlersl! In the basement there is big fridge.

Whole Foods takes up most of the ground floor and basement of what was the old Barkers department store. As well as a good selection of bottles, reasonably priced and to be found on the ground floor and in a fridge in the basement, thereís a bar with around five taps. You can have a drink there or buy growlers to take away. The beers include several from London brewers as well as foreign bottles, for example from Belgium and the USA.

Whole Foods is a massive premium supermarket located on Kensington High Street. Thereís a decent selection of beers on offer, perhaps 50-60 different bottles. The focus is on approachable beers with a premium image. Good selection of German beers, some stuff from BrewDog. You can always find plenty of options from Sierra Nevada and The Kernel. Despite the food being very expensive, the beer prices are actually quite good, and Iíve scored some pretty nice deals in the past. Theyíre the only shop in London that does growler fills (as far as I know). Iíve never seen anyone fill a growler here before, so who knows how fresh the beer would be. The storeís clean, the ambiance is fine, the service is professional. Worth a look if youíre in the area. Thereís no other bottle shops near here, apart from Waitrose (another supermarket).

This part of town is pretty bleak for both pubs and bottle shops. Whole Foods is a notable exception, though, and has a very decent selection of beers. You wonít find anything particularly special or rare, but you could likely find something you havenít had before. Prices are fair. Certainly worth checking out if youíre in this area.

Hunting out good bottled beer in London is tricky but Whole Foods Market in Kensington is second on my most visited beer bottle shop after Kris Wines. Situated in the basement floor of the organic supermarket, they feature a range of international beers focusing on UK and America and then a handful of Belgian, German and International ales. Highlights are six packs of Anchor steam, porter, Brooklyn lager, Blue Moon, Goose Island, Samuel Adams and Flying Dog. UK bottles include Samuel Smiths, Wells & Youngs, Brewdog, St. Peters, Sharps. Others include Delirium Tremens, Schlenkerla, Zatec, and Dogfish Head.
