October 5, 2009 A place based on a huge selection of beers on draft. Not original and not well articulated. The view from the patio is great but unfortunately that is the only thing worth mentiomimg of this place. I guess this place does have a porpuse... keep the masses away from places with some real beers to serve so we can enjoy them. |

May 14, 2008 Great selection of taps. It was nice to sit on the patio and enjoy the great weather. It was a pretty good visit and the service was excellent. |

May 13, 2008 Indistinguishable from other braches, aside from it’s location near the water. Respectable selection of draft offerings with acceptable service and menu items. |

November 28, 2007 [ Updated February 2, 2009 ] The original is usually the best, and the Yard House chain is no exception. Although even this location doesn’t serve actual yards, the pier and water views are hard to beat. The lingering complaint is that the beer menu is still obvious and heavy-handed in the name of pointless quantity, and I will absolutely repeat that complaint here. That said, they are finally pulling AleSmith. |

May 30, 2006 The selection was large but really predictable. There were no real surprises. The Maredsous and Drak were nice to see. There was a pervasive bleach smell. I ordered a Kronenbourg, and it was out of a very old keg. I sent it back for a Hoegaarden and it was fine. No hex glass for the Hoegaarden however. The food was fine, with ample portions, approaching comical for some items. Good but no Beer Mahal. |

August 11, 2005 Any place that has over 200 beers on tap cannot be half bad. Although the beers are $7 plus each, it’s a great place ot visit every now and again. Service is horrible (always crowded) so sit at the bar if you really want to drink! |

June 20, 2005 Ok so apparently they have 180 some taps. Mostly lite lagers and easy to find ale. Maybe 5 belgians on tap. That being said, this is not a beer bar, it is a glorified restaurant and overpriced at that. The food is good and pricey. The few semi-rare beers they have (ie. Delerium Tremens) were in bad shape. The staff knew nothing about beer. Our waitress told me that Belgian beers were too bitter for her! Nice place for a date, but don’t go there with the hopes of trying something new. |

June 15, 2005 Great spot. Can sit right on the dock and enjoy 150 on tap beers. Food is decent too. The place is pricy, though, and it seems to be quite busy all the time. |
