| m4rest88 (17), Beverly Hills, California | | February 22, 2012 This is a great place with some really great food. Service is excellent as well. A variety of beer on tap with a very good ambiance! | | ajm (191), Los Angeles, California | | October 19, 2011 I like being in the space because it is clean and swank and relaxing... but the food and beer are better elsewhere. I will say that the cocktails look fantastic, but if you want a so-so beer menu, great cocktails, better food and more space... just hit up the Westside Tavern also on Pico. | | gd4evr (31), Mar Vista, California | | May 1, 2011 Went here with some friends that live in that area. I was surprised I’d never heard of it but I understand it’s quite new.
Beer selection is superb, one of the better ones on the West Side.
Food and prices were surprisingly not that good.
I will go back when I’m in that area and I recommend it as a place to go for a few beers. Not my favorite but a solid place. | | BMan1113VR (279), Los Angeles, California | | March 20, 2011 Probably my new local. Visited last night. Great looking place, nice warming interior dark wood by the bar, great patio. Employees are nice and knowledgeable. The drinks side of the place is run by David Watrous (gueuzehound), and is done perfectly. The tap list was great (had a Le Terroir), and the bottle list was shockingly good! A complete beer geeks delight with tons of bottles you can’t find in stores around here. Cantillon Rose de Gambrinus, BFM Grand Cru San Giovese Barrel, Red Poppy, tons of amazing things. Didn’t try the food, but will be doing so on my next trip. Street parking. Mixology is also quite good at this new place. A full bar with some creative and talented minds. All ready in love with this place! |
