Nice place. Bottle shop with fancy looking drinking room next door. Think it was $2 extra to drink any bottle on the premises, which is pretty good if you are sharing the large bottles. Great selection of bottles, but maybe the taps were a little less interesting. Still good stuff though.

Now this is an interesting concept. Theyíre definitely catering towards the LA upscale crowd with the separate room with the leather furniture and books but make no mistake about it, this place is hipster. They do have a parking lot out front and there are food options in walking distance. Also, if youíre just shopping for bottles to go you can stay in the one room and browse the bottles and skip the lounge area. The service and the atmosphere are friendly which is good, even if you donít wear super tight jeans and oversized glasses. Prices were surprisingly good as is the selection. No food served that I could see. The beer is a bit scattered around the room and the space isnít used very efficiently. They have a bunch of California-made beer in addition to some fun imports like Rodenbach and Beersel. Iíll have to stop back in and have a pint sometime just to see what itís like to look down my nose over my thick rimmed glasses while reading a leather bound book. Actually, it could be a fun place to hang out. So yeah, Iíll do that instead of just buying bottles next time.

This is the ONLY place in Los Angeles with the care and intellect of beer enthusiasts. Get educated.

Lovely tap room and bottle shop split in two. Growing supply of bottles. Special nights with food trucks and good vibe. Great place to kick back and enjoy a beer peacefully.

Will re-rate when it gets on its feet, which I hope happens. Seems like a really stripped-down Morryís of Naples at the moment. A decent Belgian selection and a spotty West Coast lineup, but pretty well-curated. They are trying to keep a tiny number of taps, which I like. This neighborhood needs more beer so I hope the far-end-of-Sunset location doesnít hurt.
