We visited Massluis today en route back to Hoek of Holland, Friday 9th October 2015. The off licence Zonneveld Uw Topslijter was on my hit list as was a visit to Cafť Opporto we popped to Zonneveld Uw Topslijter first but then seeing that they had a pretty decent range and were also next to an Albert Heijn supermarket decided that we would come back later to stock up on a few bottles. This place is on Mesdaglaan just off of the main road Laan 1940-1945 heading north you bear left off of this road before you get to the station it is amongst a small arcade of shops including the aforementioned supermarket in a largely residential area. I have to say I didnít really take much time to browse around this store but it has beers on the outside facing wall on your LH side as you enter (these are all Dutch) on the RH side there are more beers these are mainly Belgian by the looks of it, there is an island with some further beers on. The selection was not huge but there was a focus on good Dutch beers such as Kompaan, Emelisse, Kees, De Molen, Eem and there was one from local brewery Raven Bone Hill. The counter is at the rear of the shop, the owner was fine and remarked on my going to the dark side with my choice (which was mostly BIPAS) So whilst you wonít find any rarities you will still find good beer at good prices if you want to stock up before the ferry home.

Small liquor store with a small but good selection of beers. Stuff like De Molen, ít IJ, Kaapse, Brewdog and Anchor besides many more nice beers, yet itís not a beer store! Kind people, know whatís going on and like to offer a good range of beers and open for a chat about beer and drinks in general. Normal prices, no rarities and easy to find.
