Neat bar downtown Madison Wisconsin. With the help of nuplastikk, finding parking downtown wasnít too hard. Inside, the place looks great, very welcoming. Lots of wood everywhere, nice comfortable decor, nice people. We stopped by during a Founders tap take over. Impressive selection, but prices were a little steep ($12 for a firkin pour of All Day? $11 for Imperial Stout?). We ended up splitting a glass of Dissenter ($8). Overall, worth a visit. There are a lot of other local taps that were new to me that I didnít end up trying. Cool atmosphere and ambiance. I was happy here.

The times Iíve been here, the service has been good, the selection great, and the food is pretty solid too. No complaints here.

Stopped in here for a drink the night before GTMW. The place is long, shotgun-style, with a patio and a second floor I didnít visit. The food looked good, from peeking at tables. There were 28 taps, maybe more, as well as a cask. There was a good mix of local, national, and Euro craft stuff. A lot of them are things Iíd consider very approachable for people getting in to craft beer, but there were also some big-time finds for me, like Toppling Goliath PseudoSue and New Glarus Strawberry Rhubarb. Nice place on the square. Definitely worth a visit.

Small-to-medium sized gastropub / bar with over a dozen draft beers ranging from common to local / regional / seasonal. Upscale-college crowd late at night. Didnít eat.

15 to 20 tap beers that change fairly often, somewhere around 100 others available in bottles. Add to that some very good food, a cozy atmosphere, and decent prices, and you have one of my favorite places to eat or drink in Madison.
